Our definition of AGI is not simply “a model that can do everything.” For us, intelligence becomes general only when it can move across many parts of life and work while staying grounded in a human center.

We believe intelligence is not created as a finished object. It emerges through relation, feedback, memory, correction, and repeated return. A model can be trained, but intelligence must grow.
A system may answer many questions and still not be intelligent in the way humans need. It may write, plan, search, and analyze, but if it forgets the person, loses the purpose, ignores boundaries, or cannot return what happened into memory, it remains disconnected.

These anchors are what separate grounded intelligence from a powerful but drifting tool. They keep the system tied to a person, a memory, a boundary, and a record of what happened.
The system must know who it serves, what role it holds, and what center it belongs to before it starts moving.
The system must keep continuity. Without memory, every answer is temporary and every relationship starts again.
The system must understand that capability is not permission. Important movement needs human approval.
The system must operate inside visible rules, boundaries, review, and accountability, even when it sounds confident.
The system must bring the result back into memory. What happens becomes residue, and residue shapes future judgment.
For a non-technical reader, the model is the thinking engine inside the AI. It reads, understands, reasons, responds, and helps make decisions. But in Anchored General Intelligence, the engine alone is not the whole story. It must be placed inside a living structure.
The thinking engine can read, reason, generate, compare, and act across many kinds of tasks.
The intelligence is placed inside a real context: person, team, home, company, project, values, and tools.
The system learns where it can move alone, where it should ask, and where it must refuse.
Each action leaves residue. Residue becomes memory. Memory improves judgment. Judgment changes future movement.
The future of AI is not only about who has the smartest machine. It is also about who has the most trustworthy, governable, and human-centered intelligence. That is the direction we care about.
It remembers priorities, routines, language, boundaries, and what should not be changed without you.
Product, operations, communication, planning, hiring, and execution can begin to share one living memory.
A useful intelligence for a home cannot behave like a public chatbot. It must understand private structure and care.
Not a loose collection of prompts, but a system that can be reviewed, audited, shaped, and trusted over time.
